With a background in hospitality management Denise Croake has always enjoyed caring for others. As an independent Investment Advisor Representative and Chief Operations Officer at Encore Financial Group she continues to serve. After graduating from Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island, Denise managed properties in Pennsylvania and California including well known REIT AvalonBay. In 2010 it was time to return to Michigan and begin a more flexible, rewarding career with Encore Financial Group.
Denise focuses on group retirement plans, small business planning, and financial planning with those in their early or middle adulthood years. She specializes in helping people form a successful financial plan that will put them on a path to meet their goals. Her responsibilities include recruiting others to join Encore Financial Group in a satisfying career and maintaining the day to day operations.
Denise loves to be with family, read, cook, hike, workout, travel, and explore history.
