Don Droke joined Encore Financial Group as an independent licensed insurance agent in 2017. He specializes in securing wealth accumulation and distribution, working with clients who want to maximize their distribution in retirement. Don operates with honesty, integrity, and commitment as his primary virtues.

He holds a residential and commercial real estate license in Florida including designations for Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Relocation Specialist. In his real estate career Don has been recognized as a Top 25 Realtor in the state of Florida from 2014-2016. He received the Platinum BEAR Award, President’s Circle Award, Chairman’s Circle Award, and had over $85 million in closed sales.

Don graduated from Briar Cliff University with a B.A. in Human Resource Management. He spent nine years in Occupational Health and Safety, and was a successful business owner in Sioux City for 13 years. Don sold that business and moved to Bonita Springs where he has been a resident with his wife since 2004. Don enjoys the beach, golf, boating, fishing, and hunting.
