Kirk Johnston is an independent Certified Financial PlannerTM at Encore Financial Group. He entered financial services in 2010 after a 25-year career in land development and residential/commercial building business, and is working with and helping individuals set and achieve their long-term financial goals, through investments, tax planning, asset allocation, risk management, retirement planning, and estate planning. My role as a financial planner is to find ways to increase the client’s net worth and help clients accomplish all of his/her financial objectives in the most tax efficient manner possible.
Kirk enjoys sport firearm shooting, fly-fishing, and home renovating and restoration. Kirk graduated from Walsh College in Troy, MI with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, completing the extensive CFP® Certification Curriculum.
