Abby Bancroft began her journey with Encore Financial Group in 2024 as an Office Coordinator. In that role, she discovered that her favorite part of the job was the people, getting to know them, listening to their concerns, and being part of their overall experience at Encore. That realization led Abby to earn her life and health insurance license.

As a newly licensed agent, Abby focuses on helping people understand and navigate the often confusing and overwhelming insurance landscape in a clear, grounded, and approachable way. She knows insurance can feel messy, intimidating, and difficult to understand, but helping clients make sense of it and feel more confident in their decisions is what motivates her. Her goal is to be a trusted guide throughout that process.

Abby believes in meeting people exactly where they are, not where they “should” be, not where they were the last time they spoke, but where they are right now. She understands that everyone’s situation is constantly changing, and she strives to support clients in the present moment with openness and without judgment. Her goal is to create a space where people feel understood, respected, and comfortable taking the next step, whatever that looks like for them.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and anything that gets her outdoors and moving. Nature is where she resets and feels most like herself. She also loves reading, long conversations with friends, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
